As you know (because you hear me saying this often), in OUR classes, seminars, in-company training, sessions of mentoring star-ups, motivation of my own crew in OUR own enterprise….
Different Tourists means different chains of Value!!!
Different Tourists means different Servuction that WE have to provide, in a customized way, from the beginning to the end of the trip!
That means that you have to use (much better BUILD) the right Chain of Value! Manage ALL the trip! Open the door to new revenue streams related to Hybrid Experiences and International Routes!
How is possible that countries leaders in Tourism have experts in “everything_less_in_Tourism” saying that Tourism is not good for the Economy without taking into consideration…
